ClickToPin user guide

Your Pinterest strategy should not live in five different places

You have keywords in one tool, dates in a spreadsheet, prompts in notes, drafts in WordPress, and pin images in folders. You are creating content, but you still start the day asking what to work on, what to publish, and whether your pins are actually following the strategy.

ClickToPin replaces that fragmented workflow with one brand-controlled publishing system. Research current opportunities, build the plan once, create the article and several distinct pin angles, protect image quality, and let the app bring the next action back to you day by day.

The problems ClickToPin is built to remove

"I publish constantly, but my Pinterest performance keeps declining."

Define a publishing strategy with strict content, quality, spacing, and capacity rules. ClickToPin turns that strategy into a plan, surfaces the next action, and flags work that is missing or inconsistent.

"My plan is a spreadsheet I have to police."

Planner spreads articles and pins over time, highlights under- and over-capacity days, detects conflicts, suggests dates, and shows the complete schedule in a calendar.

"I create a lot, but I lose track of what is ready, planned, posted, or still needs work."

Planner and Today Queue keep every article and pin connected to its status, assets, publishing date, and next action.

"I manage several brands, and their content, rules, and publishing plans get mixed together."

ClickToPin gives every brand its own workspace, prompts, writing rules, image direction, pin schemas, connections, Planner, and assets, with quick switching between brands.

"I have to be online every time an article needs to go live."

Schedule articles in advance and ClickToPin automatically publishes them to WordPress at the planned time. Due Pinterest pin tasks remain in Today Queue for an intentional final review and native publishing step.

"Research tools tell me what was popular months ago."

Radar combines live Pinterest evidence, keyword extraction, trend context, and winning-pattern analysis so research can move directly into planning and creation.

"AI output does not match my structure, tone, or visual style."

Define your own article prompts, writing rules, image direction, pin-copy rules, and visual schemas so generated content follows the brand.

"I accidentally create content that competes with itself."

ClickToPin checks existing keywords, drafts, and published articles before generation to prevent duplicate work, conflicting slugs, and keyword cannibalisation.

"My pins repeat the same promise, and I have to create another article to try a new angle."

ClickToPin recommends five relevant angles for the keyword and lets you append new pins to the same article anytime—even after the article is published.

"AI images leave technical traces I have to clean up."

ClickToPin processes generated and uploaded images automatically, removing metadata and applying its image-safety pipeline before storage.

One system from decision to execution

PLANChoose keywords, dates, capacity, and spacing.
CREATEBuild the article, images, angles, copy, and pins.
POSTFollow the prepared daily queue and publish each asset.
LEARNUse fresh evidence and performance context for the next plan.

The product is deliberately optimized for quality, control, and planning. It does not win by producing the largest possible pile of content. It helps you produce assets that belong to the brand, give each pin a real strategic purpose, and publish them at a cadence you can sustain.

Start with one complete workflow

  1. Set your account defaults and create your first brand.
  2. Define how that brand writes, creates images, builds pins, and plans dates in Brand Settings.
  3. Add a validated keyword to Planner, or research a fresh opportunity in Radar.
  4. Open Workspace to create the article, article images, pin angles, pin copy, and pin images.
  5. Choose the article publishing path, then finish the flow so the article and pins return to Planner with dates.
  6. Open Today Queue each day and complete the work ClickToPin has surfaced.
The first useful setup

Do not configure every advanced option before creating anything. Create one brand, review its generated defaults, complete one article-and-pins workflow, then refine the settings that affected the output.
